Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan requires no payment details. You only need to pay when you upgrade.
What counts as a report?
Each time you analyze a document or paste text and click Analyze, that counts as one report. Running news verification or checking different claims within the same analysis does not count as additional reports.
What is privacy mode?
By default, Candr saves anonymized claim sentences to improve its analysis over time — similar to how spell checkers learn from corrections. Privacy mode disables this entirely. Your analysis runs, nothing is stored. Available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
What is multi-year analysis?
Upload up to 5 years of reports from the same company and Candr analyzes them together — surfacing dropped commitments, language drift, restated baselines, and genuine progress that's invisible in a single report.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or journalists?
Yes. Candr believes accountability tools should be accessible to everyone working in the public interest. Contact us and we'll find a solution.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
Are my documents stored?
No. Full documents and reports are never stored. Only short extracted claim sentences are saved (on Free and Pro plans) to improve Candr's accuracy over time. On Professional and Enterprise, privacy mode disables even this.
